RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Power interconnection solution product (Busbar/Connector/Cable Assembly) development.
- A key responsibility of this position will be to work closely with the customer support organization and to support customers with power integrity issues.
- Provide leadership and manage the complete product development life cycle (starting from voice of customer, ideation, Design Conceptualization, Creation of product specifications, 3D design, Prototyping, Product testing, Product qualification, Project Execution & Sustenance till product end of life)
- Build a deep understanding of market and customer needs by fostering a connection between the business engineering teams and the customer engineering teams
- Work closely with customer/sales/PM in getting the right and clear VOC (voice of customer), make engineering evaluation/proposal to customer.
- Maintain a System level understanding of customer application and the Busbar design/concept necessary for providing a solution to the customers’ expectation.

EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s degree (Electrical/Electronics) is required, and Master’s is preferred
- Experience in design and analysis of product power supply solution
- Solid understanding on PCB technologies including socket integration and its electrical performance in system environment
- Familiar with lab equipment including but not limited to VNA, real-time scope, spectrum analyzer
- Ability to work and communicate efficiently in a multi-functional team
- Basic knowledge of power integrity concepts helps complete required tasks.
