Job Summary
This position is responsible for managing project or team activities with high quality and efficiency to achieve Business Line target and providing satisfactory technical support to customers.
Job Responsibilities
1. Business (20%)
- Promote Homologation services under responsibility;
- Regularly maintain, develop and expand our share in the existing clients, especially key account;
- Support Sales team to develop new client in Homologation business to achieve the order taking target;
- Collaborate with colleagues in other department and TÜV SÜD IC companies to promote the service;
- Collaborate with our partners to provide high quality service;
- Maintain relationships with customers especial for KA.
2. Project (50%)
- Leading and managing the project team to achieve and order sales & profit target;
- Provide the professional and satisfied service to client as the project manager and / or project engineer in the project;
- Lead project as project manager to setup the project plan, coordinate the manpower resources, track the project process and communicate with client actively and promptly in case of any potential / existing deviation from the plan;
- Control the quality of application document
- Assign the tasks to project engineers;
- Collaborate with project engineers to delivery the business smoothly;
- Follow the Quality Management Procedure.
3. Competence (30%)
- Develop and extend the personal competence and scope;
- Follow KM and QM instruction;
- Experience sharing on BL’s knowledge management basis.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive, Electronic or Mechanical engineering;
2. have at least 5 years relevant automotive industrial ---testing and certification experience, especially for GSR(General Safety Regulation) 2.0 Homologation experience, Passenger Car Vehicle experience is prefer
3. Business development and/or project management experience, team management experience is prefer;
4. Must be fluent in speaking in English, CET 4 is prefer;
5.Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
6.Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit.
7. Good communication skills with clients
