岗位职责：

- Responsible for safety, make sure safety comes first and be aware of all kind of safety accidents;

负责本区域的安全工作，做到安全第一，警钟长鸣；

- Raise Customer Satisfaction by monitoring daily maintenance, repair, MOD fulfillment quality, fast response to call back and other customer requirements.

通过监督本区域的日常保养,修理和改造执行质量，快速响应回召及其他客户需求以提审客户满意度；

- Responsible for people development, provide technical training and appraisal for subordinates to catch up with the business development;

负责对本区域员工的人员管理：提供技能指导和员工评估，努力赶上业务发展需要；

- Monitor subordinates’ execution in regulation compliance, quality and service;

负责检查督促本区域人员遵章守纪、质量和服务意识的执行；

- Responsible for effective communication with customers and protect Schindler benefit;

负责与用户的有效沟通，自觉维护公司利益；

- Assist EI service contract signing to achieve business target;

配合维保合同的续签，完成公司业务目标；

- Improve technician efficiency and productivity continuously to meet company requirement;

持续提高一线维保员工的工作效率，完成公司目标；

- Retrieve and collect AR timely, reduce arrearage;

及时追缴和索取应付账款，减少欠款；

- Execute the ‘Schindler occupational health and safety policy ’and the Group safety standards strictly. Be responsible for training, communication and strengthening the safety policy of the subordinate staff and lead by example.

- 严格执行“迅达职业健康安全方针”与集团安全标准，负责对下属员工的培训、沟通、强化、确保服从安全政策并以身作则。

- Set the team goals, measure the results, execute the improvements and be responsible for the performance of yourself and employees.

- 负责培训、沟通、强化、确保服从安全政策并以身作则；执行改善计划并对自己及人员的表现负责。

Safety Management in jobsite, timely corrected action of unsafe behavior and environment.

管理现场的安全状况，及时整改存在安全隐患的不符合项；

Collect and disposal of hazardous waste according the related legal and corporate requirements.

按照法律及公司的要求收集处理危险废弃物。

- Finish other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;

完成领导临时交办任务；

任职要求：

- High school graduate or above.

高中毕业或以上学历。

- 3 years working experiences in Schindler or other elevator companies as a minimum, EI field engineering experience is preferred.

为迅达或其它电梯公司至少工作过3年，在用梯现场工程方面的经历为佳。

- Good at communication and coordination;

良好的沟通和协调技能；

- Strong self-management ability;

- Good at organization and planning;

有较强的组织、计划能力；

- Customer-oriented and safety awareness;
