Responsibility
You will be responsible to help the distributor manager with completing selection,realignment and reassessment of distributors in accordance with Roche Diagnostics-standard operation procedure, divisional standard. Managing and archiving all the documents related to distributormanagement. Communication with distributors to ensure that the relevant information is timely and effective transferred. Apply simple, cost-effective working methodology in day-to-day operations to maximize results.
经销商管理专员的主要职责是协助经销商管理经理根据罗氏诊断及商务运营部的标准操作流程完成对经销商的筛选及再评估,并管理和维护相关的文件。保持与经销商的沟通,确保相关信息及时、有效的传递。在日常工作中运用简单的、有经济效益的工作方法,以争取最大的成效。
- Keeping adequate communication with sales team and distributors; execute service requirements of Roche Diagnostics from distributors; 保持与经销商和销售团队的充分沟通,执行罗氏诊断对经销商的服务要求;
- Supporting manager to establish the guidance for distributor selection, reassessment, realignment and performing regular review and optimization; 协助经理建立分销商筛选,再评估和变更的指导文件,并定期回顾与优化;
- Coordinating and supporting manager to complete selection ,reassessment and realignment of distributor. Managing and archiving all the documents related to distributor management; 协调和支持经理 完成经销商的筛选和评估,变更,并且保存和管理相关文件;
- Completing distributor assessment report and passing to relevant business departments to assist the process of decision making and business cooperation with distributor; 完成经销商分析报告,并且传递给相关业务部门,用于判定与经销商的业务合作。
- Supporting distributor training regarding supply chain quality and data quality; 支持经销商供应链质量及数据质量方面的培训。
- Maintaining the distributor master file and corresponding assessment documents to guarantee the traceability of distributor business status quo; 经销商档案和主数据维护和评估,追踪经销商经营状况。
- Conducting business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition. 遵循商业行为准则,合法合理开展业务活动
Qualification
You should hold:
- A Bachelor or Master Degrees in business management related subjects; 企业管理或相关专业的大学本科或硕士学历
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues of a complex nature, Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners; 较强的分析和解决问题的技巧和迅速解决复杂问题的能力,良好的人际关系,较强的中英文演讲以及口头和书面的沟通技巧,与内外部业务伙伴进行有效沟通的能力
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, accounting systems and applications, and other business-related software systems. 熟练掌握微软办公套件,财务系统和程序等其他业务相关的软件系统
You should have 3+ years' relevant job experience, previous knowledge of distributor management and distribution channel management strongly preferred. 3年以上相关的工作经验,有相关经销商管理和分销渠道管理经验者优先考虑
