1, Implementation of Division sales strategy

- Be responsible for aftermarket product sales and achieve sales target in the assigned area by individual effort and team works.

- To work closely with product team to collect customer’s needs and follow up customers in the assigned area.

- Implementation of strategic sales and pricing plan for service products launch and development in the area for long-term non-cooperated customers, including service plan, fixed price services, and repair services, optimized products, etc.

- To develop and enhance good working relationship with customers in the territory to advance the selling efforts.

- To advise and provide total technical solutions to customers so as to enhance the machine performance.

2, Co-ordination with service, machine sales, and credit team

- Interacting with machine sales team to meet customer needs.

- Communication with service team to provide perfect after sales solution to customers.

- Responsible for account receivables in compliance with company credit policy.

3, Proactively and continuously accumulate and learn product knowledge and deploy sales tools like CRM on daily basis.

4, Strictly follow compliance with Company’s business Code of Conduct

Job Requirement:

- University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.

- More than 2 years’ experience in technical or sales field at a machinery company.

- Good computer skills including Microsoft series.

- Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and customer oriented.

- Willing to travel.

· 通过个人与团队努力，负责指定区域空压机售后服务产品的销售与推广，并达成销售目标，提高市场份额，保证公司合理的利润；

· 按照销售过程管理要求，有效开展销售工作，包括基于机台数的跟进拜访、商机跟进、报价、签单、应收账款管理；

· 根据销售业务核心关注点，重点开发长期未合作客户业务，新开机设备的售后业务、保养合约的续签、售后节能业务的开发，以及竞品设备售后服务业务；

· 分析客户目前和潜在的需求，与内部相关合作团队密切沟通，如整机销售部、售后服务部，以提供完整的、一站式的空压机售后服务解决方案；

· 提供及时有效的市场信息，与市场部团队紧密合作，以助于市场部开发更贴合市场的产品以及业务模式；

· 负责名下客户应收账款的催收与管理

· 积极主动地学习和应用公司的产品知识、销售系统工具；

· 严格遵守公司的《商业行为准则》

岗位要求

· 本科及以上学历，热能与动力工程、过程装备与控制、机械类专业优先考虑；

· 两年及以上工业产品行业经验；

· 英语听说读写能力，熟练掌握Microsoft office软件；

· 能够适应经常出差
