岗位职责:
· Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target both on sell-out and sell-in, and gain market share in TM and JD.
完成月度/季度/年度销售指标,包括进货、零售,同时在天猫&京东线上渠道提高品牌市场份额。
· Daily management with E-WHS customers. (Business review, promotion or activity monitor, etc.)
批发电商客户日常管理(定期生意回顾、促销活动追踪、价格管理等)。
· Assist in developing EWS channel policy and authorization standard.
协助制定批发电商渠道政策与授权标准。
· Have a good communication with variety of departments to achieve the goals.
良好的沟通能力去各部门协作,完成最终目标。
· Support new business initiatives and projects. Take other tasks as assigned.
支持新的生意模式或项目,及其他一些新的任务。
· Basic learning and experience on new EC channel, such as Douyin, Dewu,etc.
对于兴趣电商的基本认知与经验,如:抖音、得物等。
Product management:
产品管理:
· Co-working with product team to develop EWS channel product strategy.
与产品部门合作去制定批发电商渠道产品策略
· Based on sales targets, marketing plan, sell-through performance, ensure proper product mix, merchandising.
基于销售目标、市场规划、零售表现,制定合理的产品组合及销售计划
Campaign management:
活动管理:
· Campaign planning include sales, selling, products requirement plan.
活动规划,包括销售、销售费用、产品规划等
· Campaign execution which includes pricing management, ADV execution,etc.
活动执行,包括价格执行、广告投放等。
· Campaign reviews include sales, products, ADV targets achievement.
活动回顾,包括销售、产品、广告投放等回顾。
Market insight:
市场洞察:
· Research competitor’s product promotion schemes evaluate effectivenessof schemes.
研究竞争对手产品促销机制,并评估是否有效。
· Tracking market trend and competitors.
追踪行业品类、竞争对手趋势。
Required
Experience & Skill :
经验及技能要求:
3 - 5 years online customer management experience, much familiar with TM/JD.
3 – 5 年线上客户管理经验,非常熟悉天猫、京东等渠道
Good at using office software and strong analysis ability ( excel, ppt..)
熟练使用办公自动化软件及数据及专业的数据分析能力。
Good English skill both written and oral is must.
良好的英语语言能力,包括口语、书写。
Good planning and communications skills.
良好的业务规划及跨部门沟通能力。
