Role description: The Application Support carries out user support, bug fixing and improvement activities for a specific application. Personal skills needed (industry experience, international experience, software, material etc.) Around 2 – 5 years of working experience in IT web based application area.  More than 2 years of experience in IT web based application system service or development project.  Solid experiences in MS SQL server and web based development such as .Net, ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, Angular and development tools such as Visio Studio.  Good experiences in WCF/Web services, experience in Web Client Software Factory is a plus.  Proved documenting skills, good sense on knowledge management.  Holding ITIL certificates is a plus, good sense of customer service.  Good communications skills and the ability to work well with people with diverse culture background.  Strong initiative-taking and follow-through skills, strong ownership and sense of responsibility.  Good thinking and problem solving skill, the ability to deal with ambiguity.  Ability to work effectively in a flexible, changing and challenging environment, manage multiple activities and priorities and work well under pressure.  Good business acumen and business knowledge in supply chain, working experiences in auto industry is a plus.  Good learning agility.  A good team player.  Good business writing skills.  Excellent oral and written English skills  Bachelor degree.
