职位描述

岗位职责:

Responsibility
• Support “Heathy aging” business platform development including portfolio design, go to market planning & execution, and consolidate cross team efforts to roll out “Healthy-aging “ business platform across market.
• Design cross-category product solution based on consumer needs and find integrated way of marketing to consolidate different products.
• Be responsible for brand building including creative and communication to build awareness, social engagement, science credibility in right tone & manner to keep building “Healthy -aging “ business platform.
• Closely work with field sales to collect front tier feedback and co-create go to market planning to drive last mile execution.
• Build penetration of “Healthy-aging” product solution to grow healthy aging business
• Lead “solution” oriented product launch and go to market planning by collaborating with product team.



任职要求:

Requirement
• 6 years + solid marketing experience in Nutrition or Beauty industry or 3 years + consulting firm project experience;
• Have experience in incubation project or experience as consultant will be a plus;
• Ability to develop, adapt and execute strategies & plans across broad group of stakeholders/functions to work collaboratively and achieve success ;
• Strategic thinking, growth mindset, quick learner, strong communication skill in collaborative manner.
