Responsibilities:
● The Job holder is responsible for quality inspections of the assembly activities and documentation of required inspection operations in the related work-orders by authorization stamp and the implementation of Quality Line Side activities
● The Job holder is responsible to maintain and develop the harmonization of the production process i.e. optimize standard operation instruction, conduct surveillance of processes and staff
● The Job holder is responsible for monitoring of non-conformance within the SAP NC including raising report, making assessment, releasing the rework/repair and documentation of rework in details by concession.

● The Job holder is responsible to ensure a technical support within his scope of responsibility to production during assembly and problem resolution
Main activities:
As a member of the Airbus FAL Tianjin quality inspector team, you will support FAL Quality team. The role will include but is not limited to Quality inspections, Quality Assessment and Engineering Technical Validation. While working in close relation with the productions, your responsibilities mainly involve the following tasks but not limited to, to ensure the quality of the product:
o Support production in quality inspections as per the work orders following the drawings, specifications, work instructions and quality procedure and process i.e. inspections of wire routing, electrical installation, air-conditioning duct installation and FOD …
o Raise report to non-conformities and make quality assessment according to related documents and attest the rework/repair
o Engage in Problem Solving and Problem Resolution while facing production issue
o Maintain and improve quality inspection lot and inspection plan
o Create and validate concessions following Airbus Technical requirements
o Optimize standard operation instruction, carry out production process realization and operation surveillance when needed
o Release production personnel’s qualifications i.e. to assess personal competence, to attest work sample and finally transfer to manager
o Perform and assist customer visit and clarify key technical interface points to customer
o Perform first validation in engineering technical and inspections and build work orders, plans and techniques when new modifications application
o Actively contribute to continuous improvement i.e. inspections from customer protection board and provide feedback for root cause and correction action activity
o Monitor all metrology/calibrated equipment/tools for periodic inspection, recall and maintenance.
Qualifications/Requirements
● You have a Bachelor degree or above in aerospace and/or the equivalent and you have a minimum experience of five (5) years in aerospace and/or three (3) years in quality.
● Work knowledge of Aircraft Assembly Process.
● Have the ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
● Good knowledge of governing regulatory, company policy and procedures
● Good communicator, professional, familiar with the Quality Management Systems, Quality procedures and processes
● Good command of information systems MS Office Power point (PPT) and Excel. SAP skill will be preferred.
● Ability to read and interpret drawings and you are able to validate dimensional measurements
● Have good knowledge of engineering requirements and specifications
● Have the ability and competency to inspect and validate aircraft product using measurement tools and go no go devices i.e. Vernier Callipers, Feeler Gauges.
