Service Line Overview

Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead audit engagements for clients in various industries, including public companies and private entities seeking for IPO.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans to identify potential issues and areas of focus.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, risks, and internal control environments.
Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing feedback and guidance to ensure quality work and professional development.
Analyze audit results and develop recommendations for improvements in financial reporting and internal controls.
Participate in business development initiatives and help identify new business opportunities with existing or prospective clients.

Experience & Background
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in public accounting
Strong knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP, SEC financial reporting and internal control over financial reporting requirements.
Experience in managing and lead teams, with a focus on PCAOB audit quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
A native Mandarin speaker / professional working proficiency with excellent verbal and written skills in English
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
