Your responsibilities
- To carry out the decisions of the Board, and organize and direct the quality management and procurement management of the JV company.
- Develop and implement procurement and quality strategies that support the company's business goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of procurement and quality practices across the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of procurement and quality professionals.
- Handling the issues between ABB and JV partner in diary base.
- Coordinate the handling of matters relating to connected transactions between the JV Company and ABB or its Affiliates.
- Participate in high-level discussions and decision-making processes regarding the company's long-term goals, expansion plans, and resource allocation. Collaborate with other executives to develop and implement strategies that enhance the company's competitiveness and market position.
- Protect ABB benefits in JV and support JV for sustainable development.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Advanced negotiation skills, including the ability to develop and execute negotiation strategies that balance various stakeholders' needs and constraints.
- Strong ability to embrace change and adapt to new challenges, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in a dynamic business environment.
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, business administration, or a related field with at least 10 years of experience working in industry factory and proven leadership skills with at least 5 years in a managerial or executive role.
- Knowledge of manufacturing each functional and process.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in strategy thinking, implementation, business process improvement, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and take responsibility to delivery result as committed.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
