此职位需要有公共艺术、商业景观设计、美陈设计、视觉艺术、产品&工业设计，环境建筑设计或其它相关设计背景，具有良好相关学历并且对艺术设计有着浓厚的兴趣。对公共艺术，特别是当代艺术有浓厚兴趣，善于总结项目要点，理解业主需求，了解中国本土文化。

应具备以申请人下技能：

1- 有较好的中英文沟通能力，能与总部外籍设计师和国外艺术家进行设计方案沟通。

2- 胜任与国内客户交流，并有能力独立完成项目过程沟通工作，头脑风暴，艺术方案讨论等。

3- 良好的设计方案设计及汇报能力，理解客户各职能部门在项目实施过程中不同的需求点，并及时对客户提出的各类问题开展有效的沟通。

4- 有管理设计团队经验，安排和组织助理设计师按时完成设计任务;能够编辑设计高质量汇报方案。

5- 熟练应用SolidWork, Coreldraw ,Indesign, illustrator, photoshop，3dmax,Rhino或cad等软件

6- 理解国内外公共艺术的内涵，熟悉行业发展的规律。

If you are interested in urban art, visual art (lighting features), industrial design, environmental architecture, landscape or other related designs, also with a good relevant education background and a strong interest in art design.

If you have the followings:

1- Good communication skills both in Chinese and English;

2- 5+ years of experience in a foreign or international design studio, who can independently complete design tasks and prepare proposals;

3- Hands-on experience in public art, sculpture, industrial products or environmental design;

4- A strong interest in urban art, especially contemporary art and lighting features and you also understand local Chinese culture;

5- Skills in Solid Works, CorelDRAW InDesign, illustrator, photoshop, 3dmax, Rhino or CAD software, etc.
