职责：Responsibilities: 1.寻找业务契机并开发与用户、代理商和经销商的业务关系。 Seek business opportunity and develop business relation with end-users, agents and distributors. 2.寻找业务契机并开发并执行销售区域内的业务工作、销售策略和业务计划。 Seek business opportunity and develop and execute area business and sales strategies and plans. 3.建立并维护与重点客户的业务关系，随时了解并达成客户的业务要求。 Build and maintain key accounts relationships and provide the need and the business requirements of the key accounts in anytime. 4.与销售团队合作并完成销售任务。 Work together with sales team and complete the sales tasks. 5.适应多地域频繁出差，挖掘、获取市场信息寻找业务机会。 Travel frequently and extensively to gain market intelligence and seek new businesses. 岗位要求：Requirements: 1.本科或以上学历，或机械相关专业优先。 Bachelor degree or above, mechanical and related majors will be a plus. 2.两年以上销售岗位工作经历或具有散料输送行业经验者优先。 2+ years of experience in sales function or bulk materials handling industry will be a plus. 3.良好的普通话沟通和语言技巧能力，以及微软办公软件应用能力。 Excellent communications skills in both Mandarin as well as Microsoft software applications. 4.良好的磋商谈判能力，销售和市场工作执行能力。 Excellent skills in communication and negotiation, sales and marketing activities. 5.可以接受频繁出差。 Willing to travel frequently. 6.积极主动的团队合作精神，具有良好道德和职业素养，以及独立工作能力。 Aggressive team workspirit , morality , independent work ability and confidence. 7.具有销售热情，有工作主动性。 Self-motivate , passion on sales. 8.了解并熟悉与代理商和经销商的业务操作，可以承担工作压力。 Familiar with agent/distributor companies operation，could work under pressure.
