Job Responsibilities:
Assist with Teaching Tasks:
- Assist teachers in preparing classroom materials, including lesson plans, presentations, textbooks, etc.;
- Help manage the classroom, maintain order, and assist with answering students' daily questions;
- Provide classroom support to teachers when necessary, such as recording attendance, distributing materials, and collecting assignments;
- Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of teaching equipment, ensuring the proper use of multimedia devices, projectors, and other classroom technology.
Student Management and Support:
- Act as a bridge between teachers and students, helping facilitate effective communication and promptly relaying students' needs and concerns;
- Assist in managing the collection and grading of student assignments, while keeping track of students' academic progress;
- Monitor students’ academic performance and behavior, assisting teachers in offering individualized guidance and support;
- During exams, help organize and supervise exams, and assist in compiling and analyzing exam results.
Document and Record Management:
- Responsible for organizing, filing, and maintaining teaching materials, student grade records, and attendance logs;
- Assist in managing student assignments, tests, and related learning materials, ensuring documentation is complete and organized.
Extracurricular Activity Support:
- Assist in organizing and planning extracurricular activities, such as academic lectures, after-school tutoring, and field trips;
- Provide on-site coordination during activities to ensure smooth operation;
- Help teachers manage and evaluate student participation in extracurricular activities and provide appropriate feedback.
Communication and Coordination:
- Maintain good communication with parents and other departments within the school, conveying teachers' requests and announcements;
- Assist with handling parent visits and phone inquiries, providing timely responses to their questions or directing them to the teacher for further assistance;
- Assist in organizing and recording discussions during teacher meetings or parent-teacher conferences to ensure effective information sharing.
Daily Administrative Tasks:
- Handle routine teaching tasks, such as arranging teacher meetings and adjusting class schedules;
- Assist teachers in managing emergency situations and daily unexpected events;
- Help teachers allocate daily tasks effectively to ensure the smooth completion of teaching duties.
Position Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of effectively assisting teachers in completing teaching tasks;
- Proficiency in office software, with the ability to efficiently process documents and data;
- Excellent coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks and ensure high-quality completion;
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to provide strong support for both students and teachers.
