大专及以上理工科相关学历
• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics
能够看懂并解析电子原理图
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and technical standards
能识读工艺图纸、看懂各类技术标准
• English reading and writing skills and basic English oral communication skills
具备英文读写能力以及简单的英文口语沟通能力
• Authorization to work on live equipment up to 1kV (equivalent to SEP authorization up to 1kV in force in Poland)
持有 1 千伏带电作业资质（等同于波兰现行 SEP 1kV 电工认证）
• Availability and willingness to travel, onboarding at the company's Tianjin factory and take the on-job training in Poland
能够接受出差，可前往天津厂区入职并赴波兰参加岗前实操培训
• Knowledge of the principles of operation and repair of production machinery
熟悉生产设备工作原理与设备维修知识
• PLC programming skills
具备 PLC 编程能力
• Readiness to work in shifts
能够接受倒班工作制

•Experience in commissioning and repairing automation systems equipped with robots.
具备带机器人自动化产线的调试与维修经验

工作职责/Job description:
• Implement the Vision, Mission, and Quality Policy adopted by the company
贯彻落实公司制定的企业愿景、使命及质量方针
• Execute tasks in the area of SMT production
负责 SMT 贴片生产相关作业落地执行
• Apply knowledge of technology and construction documentation requirements for ongoing projects
结合项目技术规范与工艺图纸要求开展现场工作
• Prepare programs for SMT machines (e.g., P&P machines, AOI, SPI vision systems, X-Ray, reflow ovens, screen printers, lasers, PCBA milling machines)
编写各类 SMT 设备程序：贴片机、AOI 光学检测、SPI 锡膏检测、X-Ray 检测仪、回流焊炉、锡膏印刷机、激光设备、PCB 分板铣刀机等
• Implement and supervise program changes on SMT machines to conform to the current version of the product documentation
根据最新版产品工艺文件，落实并管控 SMT 设备程序改版
• Supervise SMT machine parameter control
管控、督查 SMT 设备各项工艺参数
• Optimize the production process
持续优化生产工艺流程
• Train personnel working on the production line
对产线作业人员开展实操培训
• Check the correctness of the PCB assembly for compliance with the construction documentation
对照工艺图纸核查 PCB 电路板组装品质
• Troubleshoot production problems
排查、处理生产现场各类异常故障
• Supervise and apply 5S principles at the workplace
在作业区域推行、督导 5S 现场管理
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules
严格落实安全生产规章制度
【具备富士Fuji贴片机、操作经验，编程经验的尤佳;
熟悉AOI（自动光学检测）和SPI（串行外设接口）检测尤佳；
熟悉TRI德律自动光学检测机尤佳；】
