Major Responsibilities:
-Assistant lead project buyer to do supplier sourcing (sending out RFI), auditing (prepare audit report) and inform Head of Procurement on timely basis for the result of the audit and follow up status
-Prepare the bidder list and send out inquiry under the guide of lead project buyer or Head of procurement
-Obtain quotations and make commercial evaluation, Bid summary under the guide of lead project buyer or Head of procurement
-Prepare PO or Contract and send to lead project buyer and project manager for approval
-Work with expeditor for follow-up of contract or PO after PO or contract being released
-Prepare payment request and arrange payment afterwards.
-Other work assigned by Lead project buyer or Head of procurement.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanics preferred, Engineer background is preferred
-More than 3 years' experiences in procurement, minimum 1 years' experience in project procurement execution, experience in Engineering Company preferred (MNC is a plus).
-Good Negotiation skill, Excellent coordination capability, Good PC skill, Good English both in oral and written, carefulness, patience, team work spirit。
