Data Scientist
Position Description:
Work with the advanced analytics team to deliver business value through data insight, AI, and machine learning. Develop and implement data science solutions, focusing on data pipeline development, feature engineering, exploratory analysis, and model building. You will be responsible for the technical backbone of our data science initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement efficient data pipelines and ETL processes
- Perform complex feature engineering and data transformation
- Develop and optimize machine learning models for production
- Implement robust ML systems in cloud environments
- Collaborate with application developers to ensure model deployability
- Maintain data quality and documentation standards
- Communicate and interpret analytical results to business partners and stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications required
- Degree in computer science, Statistics, or relevant technical/scientific field.
- Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven track record in implementing production-grade ML models
- Deep understanding of distributed computing and big data technologies
- Experience with version control and ML experiment tracking
- Strong mathematical and statistical foundation
- Fluent in English and strong communication skills
- Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
