工作职责

·为高级管理人员提供全面的秘书、行政支持和个人协助(包括商务和个人事务)。
·安排和协调内部和外部的商务会议和社交活动。
·管理日历,安排会议,并协助安排约会。
·准备演示文稿、报告和其他文件,确保准确性和对细节的关注。
·安排旅行行程和住宿。
·以最高的保密性和判断力处理敏感信息。在所有互动中保持专业和诚信。
·与内部和外部利益相关者,如客户、供应商和其他部门保持联系。培养积极的关系,确保有效的沟通。
·执行指定的临时任务和项目

要求
·6-8年秘书经验,有金融服务行业经验者优先。
·工商管理、秘书学或相关专业的学士学位。
·流利的普通话和英语(书面和口头)。
·较强的组织能力和时间管理能力,注重细节。
·熟练使用办公软件,如Microsoft Office等办公工具。
·能够独立工作并有效地划分任务的优先级。
·卓越的组织、沟通和人际交往能力。
·独立、可靠、适应性强。


Job Responsibilities

· Provide full secretarial, administration support and personal assistance (both business and personal affairs) to Senior Executive.

· Arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events.

· Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and assist to prioritize appointments.

· Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

· Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations.

· Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, suppliers, and other departments. Foster positive relationships and ensure effective communication.

· Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements

·6-8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary, preferably in the Financial Services industry.

·Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

· Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).

·Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

·Proficient in using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.

· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

·Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Discrete, reliable and adaptable.
