职位名称：游戏直播运营专员

岗位职责：

1.直播业务规划与执行，制定游戏直播业务的整体规划，包括直播内容的策划、活动安排、时间管理等，确保直播业务按照规划顺利推进

2.日常直播运营，与直播保持良好沟通；跟进主播粉丝管理的水平和状态，并予以监督、指导和支持

3.参与游戏主播的直播活动内容策划、粉丝运营、外宣文案

4.直播间管理，直播间的日常管理，包括内容审核、主播管理、礼物收益分成等，确保直播间的秩序和效益，跟进主播仪容仪表及直播间场景布置

5.收集整理分析主播的各类数据，根据数据分析结果，调整直播策略，优化直播内容和活动安排，提高直播质量和效果。

6.完成上级安排的其他工作

任职要求：

1.统招大专及以上学历

2.对游戏感兴趣，有足够多的游戏经历，卡牌、SLG、MMO游戏玩家优先

3.深入了解游戏直播，熟悉直播平台的运营方式

4.具备较强的数据分析能力和处理能力，能够分析游戏直播数据，提供数据分析和报告（高考数学成绩优异者可提供奖金）

5.对待工作认真细致，有责任心，具备良好的职业素养，沟通协调能力和抗压能力

6.需要频繁到香港出差（费用公司包）

工作时间：

上午9:30-晚上20:30（12:00-13:30、18:00-19:00为休息时间）

月休八天（不包含特殊节假日），一周休两天，排休制

Position Title: Game Live Operations Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Live Business Planning and Execution: Develop the overall plan for game live broadcasting, including content planning, event scheduling, time management, etc., to ensure that the live broadcasting business runs smoothly according to the plan.

2. Daily Live Operations: Communicate with live broadcasters effectively; monitor the level and status of broadcaster fan management, and provide guidance, support, and supervision as needed.

3. Participate in the content planning, fan management, and external publicity copywriting for live broadcast events of game broadcasters.

4. Live Studio Management: Manage the daily operations of the live studio, including content review, broadcaster management, revenue sharing from gifts, etc., to ensure the order and efficiency of the live studio, and follow up on the appearance and scene arrangement of broadcasters.

5. Collect, sort, and analyze data on broadcasters, and adjust live broadcast strategies based on the analysis results to optimize live broadcast content and event arrangements, and improve the quality and effectiveness of live broadcasts.

6. Complete other assigned tasks. Job Requirements:

1. Full-time college degree or above

2. Interested in games, with enough gaming experience, card game, SLG, MMO game players preferred

3. Familiar with game streaming and familiar with the operation of live streaming platforms

4. Strong data analysis and processing ability, able to analyze game streaming data and provide data analysis and reports (those with excellent math scores in the college entrance examination can receive a bonus)

5. Treat work seriously and carefully, responsible, with good professional ethics, communication and coordination ability, and ability to bear pressure

Working hours:

9:30 am - 8:00 pm (12:00-13:30, 18:00-19:00 are rest time)

Eight days off per month (excluding special holidays), two days off per week, rotating schedule system
