Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Excellence Specialist to join ST&BE team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes, enhancing sales effectiveness, and driving organizational growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales excellence, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
What will you do if join us?
- Process Optimization: Analyze existing sales processes and identify areas for improvement to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization.
- Performance Metrics: support to develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to assess and improve the overall performance.
- Training and Development: support to design and deliver sales training programs and workshops to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Business transparency: utilize CRM and other sales tools to collect and analyze sales data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales growth.
- CIP: facilitates best practice sharing in the responsible organizational unit and beyond.
- Strategic program: provides transparency on status and progress of the strategy and sales excellence projects and contributes to reporting and communication.
- Others assigned by manager.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 3-5 years’ business strategy/sales excellence related experience
- Strategic, structural thinking, project management and business leadership skills.
- Customer impact and strong learning & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency English both writing and oral
- Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, automation, business administration or related subjects
