Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring the best user experience. Key Responsibilities • User Acceptance Testing: Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the product meets business requirements and user needs. Experience with Dynamics 365 is highly preferred. • Test Planning and Design: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional requirements and product specifications. • Manual Testing: Execute test cases, including functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing, to identify defects and ensure product quality. • Defect Reporting: Document and track defects using bug-tracking tools; work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Experience with JIRA and AzureDevops is highly preferred. • Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to understand product features and provide feedback on usability and functionality. • Test Documentation: Maintain detailed records of test results, including test case execution, defect status, and overall testing progress. • Continuous Improvement: Participate in retrospectives to identify opportunities for improving testing processes and product quality.
