职位描述
Duties/Responsibilities -Being strategic and trusted advisor, proactively identify organizational needs and provide effective HR solutions to support the implementation of business strategy; -Through an understanding of business opportunities and challenges, translate the business requirements into HR actions and initiatives; -Partner with management, to drive strategic workforce planning, talent management and high performing culture in line with company’s objectives; -Ensure the proper implementation and application of HR initiatives, policies, processes, systems and programs in the relevant departments; -Other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by supervisor. Required Skills/Abilities -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. -Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. -Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. -Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems. Education and Experience: -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
