Job Descriotion:
> Experience the Aliexpress products feature, define experience-related issues, and generate a problem analysis report
> Optimize the design of search &recommendation products, work with the technical team to solve experience problems, and improve the efficiency of users shopping through the search & recommendation function
> Other tasks assigned by supervisors

> Innately curious to continually ponder the essence of things, exercise sound judgement, and consistently obsess over details
> Data-oriented ability to relentlessly explore the "why" behind numbers and recognize the immense value derived through analytics
> Uphold doing what's right and maintaining customer value creation as the number one priority > Majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology & Communications, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, Applied Mathematics or related data and analytics fields preferred
