Key Responsibilities/主要职责:
1. Creates and implements all aspects of a manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.

2. Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives including investment, equipment, daily operations, and organization structure.

3. Provides technical consultation, and advice to managers, manufacturing personnel and other functions.

5. Works with internal and external resources on specific project assignments.

Qualifications and Competencies/任职资格及能力:
1. Sort out and summarize the completion rate of NPI projects, identify areas for improvement in NPI technology upgrades and cost optimization, and promote or assist relevant departments in optimizing processes

9. Equipment/Capital Procurement - Selects manufacturing equipment which meets the Cummins manufacturing specifications and meets the project or program needs.

Education/教育要求:
Bachelor degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.

Experience/经验要求:
1. More than 10 years of experience in the development and management of automotive electronic component technology
10年以上汽车电子零部件工艺技术开发及管理工作经验
2. Rich experience in SMT/DIP and controller assembly testing processes
有丰富的SMT/DIP以及控制器组测的工艺经验
3. Fluent English in both writing and oral as main working language besides mandarin.
需要具备流利的英语(口语和书面)技能作为除普通话之外的主要工作语言。
