Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage the flow of goods
from receiving to dispatch. This role requires travel and extended stays at
vendor or customer sites for up to 6 months. Key responsibilities include
receiving goods, assembling parts, tagging inventory, and tracking item status.
The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, attention to
detail, hands-on practical abilities, and a diploma or technical education in
engineering or a related technical field to ensure efficient operations in
diverse environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Goods Receiving:

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.

Verify quantities, check for damages, and ensure goods meet
specifications.

Label and store goods appropriately in line with inventory practices.

2. Parts Assembly and Inspection:

Assemble parts according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are
met.

Conduct thorough inspections to ensure components meet functional and safety
requirements.

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve any discrepancies.

3. Inventory Management and Tagging:

Accurately tag items with detailed information for traceability.

Maintain an organized storage area and monitor inventory levels.

Report shortages or discrepancies promptly.

4. Outgoing Goods and Dispatch:

Prepare and verify outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity and
quality.

Package items securely and maintain documentation for dispatch.

5. Record-Keeping and Tracking:

Update inventory systems in real-time to ensure accurate tracking of
goods.

Maintain detailed records of item movements within the facility and during
transit.

Communicate effectively with teams to ensure smooth logistics and
availability.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or technical education in
engineering or a related technical field is required.

- Proven experience in logistics,
assembly, or a similar role in manufacturing or warehousing.

- Hands-on skills are a must, with the
ability to handle assembly and technical tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
in inventory management.

- Proficiency in inventory tracking
systems and basic computer skills.

- Ability to work independently in varied
locations and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills and
adaptability for collaboration with vendors and customers.

- Knowledge of inventory control practices
and inspection procedures is a plus.

- Experience with ERP or similar inventory
management software is a plus.

- 及时报告库存短缺或差异。

4. 货物发出与出库：

- 准备并核对待发货物，确保质量和数量的准确性。

- 完成所有出库货物的记录，确保安全包装和准确的记录管理。

5. 记录与跟踪：

- 实时更新库存系统，确保物品状态和位置信息准确。

- 详细记录物品在设施内及运输中的流动情况。

- 与相关团队协作，优化物品的可用性和物流流程。

任职资格

- 具备物流、装配或类似制造业或仓储经验。

- 必须具备动手实践能力，能够胜任零件组装和技术操作任务。

- 具有工程或技术领域的大专或技术教育背景。
