岗位职责：
1.负责污水处理的工艺设计与实施，协助指导现场施工、调试的管理工作。
2.学习和巩固污水处理系统的工艺，保障系统正常运行，满足污水达标排放。
3.配合计划员建立污水PM/AM维护标准，管理污水处理厂的人员/设备。
4.管理班组成员的工作时间，审核班组成员SOP和Checklist完成情况的，检查所属班组员工个人包干区卫生、ES情况，检查工作区域维修以及施工活动的安全情况。
5.根据生产计划指导员工调配当班期间的能源供应，跟踪班组能源消耗，掌握和运用新技术对专项能源介质消耗分析并提供改进方案、跟踪实施，确保年度/月度KPI达标。
6.对突发问题的处理与汇报（应急工作）并提供解决方案的建议。
7.完成上级领导临时安排的工作任务。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，环境工程、给排水工程、化工等相关专业。
2. 基本的英文读写能力。
3. 5年以上污水处理相关工作经验；具备热能、制冷及水处理、污水处理工艺分析能力；具备动力设备（如氨制冷、空压、燃煤锅炉、水处理与污水处理、配电）及其工艺相关工作经验。
4. 具备较强的跟踪、反馈和执行能力；较强的沟通、说服能力；良好的计划、组织和协调能力。
5. 熟练的办公软件技能。
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the process design and implementation of sewage treatment, assisting in guiding on-site construction and commissioning management work.
2. Learn and consolidate the process of sewage treatment system, ensure the normal operation of the system, and meet the discharge standards of sewage.
3. Cooperate with planners to establish sewage PM/AM maintenance standards and manage personnel/equipment of sewage treatment plants.
4. Manage the working hours of team members, review the completion status of team members' SOPs and checklists, inspect the hygiene and ES situation of the personal contracted area of the team employees, inspect the safety situation of work area maintenance and construction activities.
5. According to the production plan, guide the allocation of energy supply during the shift period, track the energy consumption of the team, apply new technologies to analyze the consumption of special energy media, provide improvement plans, and track the implementation to ensure that the annual/monthly KPI meets the standard.
6. Handle and report sudden problems and provide suggestions for solutions.
7. Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualification:
1. - Bachelor's degree or above, major in Environmental Engineering, Water Supply and Drainage Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc.
2.
- At least 5 years of experience in sewage treatment related work .
- Capable of analyzing thermal energy, refrigeration, water treatment, and sewage treatment processes.
- Experience in power equipment (such as ammonia refrigeration, air compression, coal-fired boilers, water and sewage treatment, power distribution) and related processes.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Good planning, organization, and coordination skills.
4. MS office software.
