1. Make annual and monthly production plan according to sales plan, and make the capacity analysis for each process
2. Make montly and daily production plan basing on customer demand and make sure 100% delivery to customer.
3. When receiving the sales order, make an overall assessment of the delivery schedule based on the existing factory capacity, material inventory and supplier capacity and feedback to the customer
4. Coordinate with all departments to ensure the smooth implementation of production plan
5. Summarize production situation, analyze gap and reason, summarize and improve
6. Reduce inventory control costs
7. Arrange the sample trial production plan according to the requirements of the project department, in order to ensure the smooth mass production of the new project
