岗位职责：

整椅设计主护面开发工程师要根据法律法规及客户输入，进行各个零部件直接设置，调整，与各零部件协调，达到符合客户要求

工作内容：

1.负责产品报价阶段产品技术支持--产品结构、产品工艺及所需材料。
Be responsible for quotation supportting in product structure, process and
material.
2.负责项目概念阶段根据客户的要求及当地的法律法规，设计产品及认可实验概念。
According to customer requirement and local law, develop product and
valid testing concept.
3.工程原材料清单的编制及发放。
Engineering BOM built and issue.
4.支持采购战略--对零件及原材料的战略进行分析，采购或自制。
Support sourcing strategy, analysis components and raw material, buy or make.
5.负责新产品工程技术认可。
Be responsible for product release procedure.
6.负责客户及供应商工程技术支持。
Be responsible for customer and supplier technical supporting.
7.负责公司内部产品工程技术支持。
Be responsible for internal technical supporting.
8.负责工程变更相关的工程技术支持。
Be responsible for engineering change issue technical supporting.
9.参与供应商资格审核。
Involved supplier certification audit issue.
10.遵守公司的安全规定，个人劳保用品佩戴齐全，严格执行公司安全、环境相关的制度。
Follow company safety request and rule, PPE should be full compliace with
request, follow strictly with company regulations which about enviroment and
safety.
11.完成领导交办的其他任务;
To complete other tasks that leader assigned.

任职要求：
1.必须有乘用车整椅总装设计的相关工作经验

Must have a passenger car seat assembly
design related work experience

2.具有良好的英语说写及阅读能力。
Fluent English Speaking, Reading and Writing
3.熟练掌握设计软件（CAD，CATIA），掌握Office等办公软件应用。
Excellent Knowledge of CAD design soft wares (AutoCAD, Pro-E, CATIA) and
advanced knowledge of MS-Office

4.熟悉FMEA，SPC，PPAP，APQP，QS9000\TS16949\VDA6,装配工艺，塑料及金属加工工艺。

Be familiar with FMEA，SPC，PPAP，APQP,QS9000\TS16949\VDA6,assembly
process,plastic and metal part manufacture process.
