现场服务工程师
Job Objective:
 Provide on site service for all phases of the reciprocating compressor life cycle:
 Operation, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, Overhaul, Repairs
 Interface with existing customer. Be a professional representative of the company and its products.
 Interface with the GROUP Central Technology / R&D Department at headquarters in Germany and with other GROUP affiliates.
 为往复式压缩机生命周期的所有阶段提供现场维修：
 操作、故障排除、维护、检修、修理
 与现有客户的接口。成为公司及其产品的专业代表。
 与德国总部的集团中央技术/研发部门以及集团其他附属公司进行接口。
Job Scope:
 Be able to troubleshoot reciprocating compressor performance as well as subsystems such as cooling, unloading and oil systems.
 Develop basic knowledge of reciprocating compressor drivers e.g. engines and motor.
 Develop working knowledge of Instrumentation and Controls.
 Be willing to learn and able to adapt to changing conditions.
 Possess a working knowledge of industry standards e.g. API 618 standards, etc.
 Manage projects in the field including installation and commissioning, damage assessments, overhauls, repairs, and capital upgrades.
 Perform Vibration and PV measurements.
 能够对往复式压缩机性能以及冷却、卸载和油系统等子系统进行故障排除。
 培养往复式压缩机驱动器的基本知识，如发动机和电机。
 培养仪表和控制的工作知识。
 乐于学习，能够适应不断变化的环境。
 具备行业标准的工作知识，如API 618标准等。
 管理现场项目，包括安装和调试、损坏评估、大修、维修和资本升级。
 进行振动和PV测量。
