工作职责
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to understand business needs and objectives.
• Analyze the technical feasibility with the development teams, write user stories in JIRA
• Develop process flow diagrams and documentation to support process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with solution architects and software engineer to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Create and maintain all delivery documentation. Maintain and spread knowledge of the solutions being developed with the wider team. Arrange user trainings when relevant.
• Ensure solutions developed are generic and reusable as possible. Leverage other streams deliveries.
• Interact with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high quality products and services that meet business requirements and expectations while applying the latest available tools and technology.
• Cooperate with QA to interpret requirements and acceptance criteria into comprehensive test cases. Coordinate integration testing, maintain testing results and testing sign offs.
• Identify delivery risk, come up with appropriate mitigation solution and monitor closely to ensure on time delivery.
• Play a lead role in transition of project to steady support teams. Hand off of support documentation.

• Good command in English communication (both written and spoken).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
• Has project management skills and experience with project management tools.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to discuss and process technical information such as designs, dependencies in details
• Able to supplement and support SA, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Delivery managers in managing different aspects of the process, including requirement gathering, delivery management, lead sprint planning and review, etc
• Need a senior person, experience as tech lead/solution architect before is a plus
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
