JD-QA/QC Engineer

工作内容和职责 Job Content & Responsibilities
1.负责原材料来料检测、日常质量问题的反馈、不良品处理、问题整改及有效性跟踪，措施落实有效性现场确认；
Responsible for the detection of daily quality problems in raw materials, handling of nonconforming products, tracking of corrective actions and the effectiveness of these actions and on-site confirmation on the effectiveness of these actions;
2.负责主管零件的进料、过程、成品、售后质量的监控和相关检验文件的编制、更新工作 , 负责指导生产人员的培训工作；
Monitor the quality of incoming materials, processes, finished products and after-sales services of parts falling within the scope of responsibility, prepare and update relevant inspection documents and guide the training for production personnel;
3.负责成品生产过程制造，售后件质量问题的质量分析和不合格品的处理，质量改善计划的执行和实施、质量改进的跟踪以及质量问题的最终关闭；
Analyze quality problems found in production, customer complaint, zero kilometer and aftermarket parts of finished products and dispose of non-conforming products, implement quality improvement plans, track quality improvement and finally close quality problems;

1.对产品质量的判定标准具有决定权
To decide on the quality judgment criteria for products;
2. 有权对生产过程中违反工艺规范的现象或人员提出处理意见，并且有权监督和阻止
To provide opinions on dealing with the practices or persons that violate process specifications in the production process and supervise and prevent such violation;
3.发现批量不合格品时，有权通知有关人员进行处理，在未有纠正措施前有权提出停产意见
To notify the relevant personnel to take actions when finding a large number of non-conforming products and put forward opinions on suspension of production before corrective actions are taken;
4. 有权对生产过程中与产品质量有影响的工序提出完善的方案，并指导实施
To put forward complete plans for processes influencing the quality of products in the production process and guide the implementation thereof
任职资格： Qualifications
1.本科以上学历 Bachelor's degree or above
2.眼视光或眼科及其他相关专业 Ophthalmology or other related majors
3.熟悉 ISO/TS16949 质量体系、质量管理、 Formel-Q Familiarity with the ISO/TS 16949 quality system, quality management, and Formel-Q
4. 3 年以上工作经验 More than 3 years' work experience
5.了解眼科产品的专业知识，掌握眼镜制造业工作模式, 全面详细的生产过程与客户的使用需求
Understanding of professional knowledge about Ophthalmology products, understanding and mastery of the work modes of Eyewear manufacturing, comprehensive and detailed production process and the customer's use requirements
6. 理解产品安全法和产品责任法
7. Understanding of product safety laws and product liability laws
8.熟练使用 WORD,EXCEL 等办公软件和 SPSS 等统计软件，具备基本的网络知识，具备熟练的英语应用能力、了解和掌握汽车行业质量管理体系能力、各种质量管理工具
Proficiency in using office software such as WORD and EXCEL and statistical software such as SPSS, basic network knowledge, a good command of English and understanding and mastery of quality management system ability of the automobile industry, quality management tools.
