职位描述

Area of manage: Thailand,Vietnam, Myanmar and surrounding

Base in any of below areas: Shanghai, Changsha, Jiangyin, Shenzhen, Vietnam, Thailand

岗位职责:
- Responsible for key account management with a strategic approach for customer retention plans.
- Pursue and create new sales opportunities.
- Propose clear and optimized solutions based on market requirements.
- Maintain and manage key accounts.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Establish sales objectives and develop sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Adjust sales strategies based on data-driven insights and market feedback.
- Engage in proactive contact with agents, shipyards, ship owners, consultants, and prospective customers.
- Prepare commercial offers and carry out the sales process in accordance with tender requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients regarding marine products and services.
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends.
- Develop and manage the sales budget.
- Create new sales opportunities with proactive strategies.
- Maintain technical knowledge and relationships with stakeholders in the Offshore and Marine business segments.
- Contribute to exhibitions, fairs, demonstrations, etc.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate new marketing ideas.
