About the role:
As a Master Planning Specialist at Alleima, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
—Make Master planning in consideration with the capacity of manpower, machinery, order backlog and order forecast and update it weekly and monthly;
—Drive plan to delivery process by driving weekly planning meeting;
—Responsible for inquiry feedback for customer service, delivery date and raw material, etc;
—Calculate the size and quantities of raw materials and guide raw material purchasing;
—Plan tools and packages as new orders booked, guide direct material procurement specialist purchasing;
—Take preventive action as overloaded forecast in production;
—Make master planning and guide detail planning on basis of sales orders and market forecast;
—Utilize the raw materials according to optimal yield principle and FIFO principle; Control Inventory;
—Responsible for weekly reporting and updating order stock profile, NWC, delivery date, etc.;
—Responsible for local CAPP system update and maintenance;
—Responsible for reviewing the process parameters of non-standard products;
—Guide and Back up for detail production planning specialist;
—Complete other work assigned by manager.

About you:
You excel in production planning and are familiar with manufacturing processes, particularly in the metal materials sector. Your strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills make you a valuable asset in this role. Effective communication and coordination are second nature to you, and you are proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems. You are fluent in Mandarin and English, both in reading and writing, with a preference for oral English proficiency. Experience in Lean manufacturing is a plus. With at least five years of work experience in planning and two years as a master planner, you are well prepared for this role. A background in an international company, especially in the iron and steel industry, is advantageous. You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in material and mechanics related fields, and a focus on metal materials is a plus.
