Responsibilities:-Search the new supplier according to the demand_ under the lead from category manager-Work for saving targets־ Support project team in localizing activities -Support Global manager in direct source part-Follow up sample status -Identify and implement the possible improvement on quality_ cost_ on-time and service.־ Transfer tech info from project team to the suppliers -Assist category manager in daily workRequirements:-Preferably majoring in mechanical engineering /business management-over 3 years' experience in sourcing/procurement־ Experience in machining process־ Experience in foreign owned or JV ־ Experience in textile machinery industry is of advantage־ Experience in supplier evaluation is of advantage.- Good communication skill_ good attitude and team player- Strong negotiation capability_ cost analysis capability- Good English- Basic knowledge of Word_ Excel and presentation; ERP experience preferred
