项目综述：
参与为期3-6个月的培训生计划：职场新人破冰之旅+外企软技能培训+临床试验基础知识培训+完备的专业技术课程+优秀导师带教；培训结束并通过考核的同学将有机会被直接录用。

基本要求：
细胞或分子生物学等相关专业，硕士或以上学历的 2025 年应届毕业生
熟悉各种组织病理相关的生物技术包括免疫组化，免疫荧光， 多重组学技术等等
具有良好的沟通表达能力及团队合作精神，能够适应工作压力；
热情自信，拥有自我学习的愿望和强烈的进取心
良好的英文读写水平， 通过 CET-4 或以上水平考试；
该实习是带薪培训，要求能确保一定的出勤时间，实习结束提供转正机会。

Internship Assignment Summary:
Learn how to setup an assay in a CAP/CLIA certified central lab for clinical trial
Learn how the clinical trial is designed, setup, tested and reported
Performs quality control review of data
Learns to plan signed workload on a daily basis and effectively schedule multiple assignments
Work with a regional and international team of scientists

Education/Qualifications/Skills:
Master or PhD degree in cell biology or molecular biology
Familiar with the use of standard laboratory equipment and lab technique especially immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Basic knowledge of computers and software programs.
