Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
 Read and understand the defined processes, standards and guidelines
 Prepare the work elements based on engineering knowledge and optimize continuously
 Rework the products to meet customer requirements according to quality standard
 Report the issues happened during production to upper management level timely
 Work with function team to resolve the issues happened during production
 Perform daily equipment inspections
 Responsible for 5S and Safety, Healthy, Working Environment of the areas
Candidate Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience
 Vocational High School education or above
 More than 3 years’ experience with automobile sheet metal reworking
 Experience in manual welding（MIG/MAG/TIG）
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
 Good communication skills
 Be familiar with Office Software Word, Excel, Power Point
 Basic knowledge of safety, healthy and environment
 Ability of sheet metal welding, drilling, grinding and cutting

教育和经历
 职高及以上
 3年以上汽车钣金修复经验
 具备手工焊接（MIG/MAG/TIG）经验
知识、技巧和能力
 具备很好的沟通能力
 熟练使用微软办公软件，Word, Excel, Power Point
 了解安全，健康和环保知识
 具备钣金件焊接，钻孔，打磨和切割的经验
