【职位描述】
1.Provide technical support to operations. Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization for optimal process stability and product quality consistency.
2.Lead or join plant process relation improvement programs in process, quality, uptime, yield, energy, cost.
3.Lead package materials qualification tests & conversions. Subject matter expert in site package materials management system.
4.Lead new product development and product quality improvement programs.
5.Monitor product quality and curb at-risk product timely. Lead non-conforming product release. Investigate internal quality incidents and trade complaints related to product or package quality.
6.Define or review process flow, critical process equipment specification, process control and quality control spec in new projects or plant changes.
7.Be compliance system owner of PHA (process hazards analysis), MOC (management of changes), PSSR (pre-start up safety review) etc. as assigned. Responsible for related management process and keep continuous improvement for compliance and excellence.
8.In charge of chemicals management and product safety systems.
9.Lead or participate PHA, MOC, PSSR for projects and process design changes.
10.Provide process training to site team as necessary.


【任职要求】
1.Bachelor or master’s degree in chemical engineering, polymer materials & engineering, textile.
2.3-10 years process experience in chemical, plastics, fibre, or textiles industry. MNC background is preferred.
3.Experience in Advanced process control, data analytics, digitalization, automation in process would be a plus.
4.Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks. Self-motivated and proactive.
5.Have strong problem-solving skill, Good interpersonal skills, and leadership skills.
6.Good command of English both in spoken & written.
