Plan and review warehouse manpower allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
Collaborate with management to plan and optimize the use of warehouse storage space.
Oversee operations to ensure strict compliance with Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Conducted monthly, quarterly, and yearly stock takes to ensure 100% inventory accuracy and provided detailed stocktaking reports to management.
Ensure the regular maintenance of all equipment, including racks, hand lifts, forklifts, and office equipment, to maintain operational safety and efficiency.
Provide regular reports to upper management on key issues, supported by comprehensive warehouse performance data and operational reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related fields.
Working experience in warehouse/Logistic operation at least 3 years.
