The role is to be the LLSHR marketing expert and ensure the successful of all marketing integrated initiatives and media investment management in high ROI. Support Senior Marketing manager to drive and execute all the development of all key marketing key campaigns, including execute and create all cross functional in park activities with in-house team and 3rd party agency, ensure integrated marketing campaign consistency across all touch points covering park, hotel and other related partnership platforms. Support on consolidating annual marketing calendar and investment allocation. Execution support on grand opening and seasonal event related campaigns and total media plan development and budget allocation, plus campaign executions. Also in support on the brand value creation with new product / experience evaluation study and key sales channels marketing activities or events.
-Deliver targeted awareness, agreed park positioning and visit intension level
-Ensure marketing plans are approved and delivered on time, on brand and within budget
-Support marketing manager to plan brand / seasonal events / product launches media plan, activities calendar
-Ensure integration of the brand / seasonal events / product launches marketing campaigns’ creation and execution
-Support on Brand value creation with new product / experience evaluation study and key sales channels marketing activities or events
Main Responsibilities
1. Integrated marketing campaign execution
To be the LLSHR marketing expert and support on all LLSHR marketing key integrated campaigns development:
• Support marketing manager to develop comprehensive marketing campaign plans for LLSHR grand opening key milestones and post opening seasonal events
• Work with brand team on key marketing campaign core idea development and how to adapt the idea on different marketing functions
• Work with brand, social, PR and sales team to come out detail execution plan under the core campaign idea, identify the R&R
• As project owner to lead and drive the campaign plans to execution with coordination cross different functions and partners
• Budget and timeline management during execution phase to meet the final target result as planned
• Assist on the Media Planning and execution of brand media, within set annual media budget.
• Media agency and event agency management to meet campaign objectives, smoothly execution and target results
2. Seasonal event development & partnership events execution
Attends resort wide and marketing and sales functional communication meetings to ensure good cross functional integration in seasonal events, product launches and partner promotional activities:
• Lead the seasonal events planning development, media plan, activities calendar and budget allocation
• Support partnership & promotion manager on partnership activities execution
• Ensure integration of seasonal events / product launches / partnership marketing campaigns’ creation and execution
• Ensure ongoing media tracking and follow the necessary adjustments to plans if needed based on tracking data and attendance levels.
• Assist team leader to ensure all brand business / communication / media KPIs achievement with timely tracking manner.
3. Way of Working
• Ensure regular marketing campaign updates to senior Management including Head of Marketing, sales and marketing director, LLSHR SLT and general manager, LLP global development team etc..
• Analyzes and track competitor activities and collects data to identify current industry trends.
• Be part of handle in-kind contributions and barter agreements with partners and media (handling promotion offer, sweepstake) together with Partnership and Promotion Manager.
• Be a strong partner and integrator to LEGO China brand team, merlin partnership team, LLP development brand manager, sponsorship and promotion manager, revenue management team, PR social communication team, digital marketing and EC team, OTA and sales team, other LLSHR cross functional teams, and more;
4. Health & Safety
Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law. In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake, and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line manager and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate.
Requirements
• About 5-8 years marketing management experience, with strong marketing responsibility and capability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners and cross-functional peers
• Good at IMC (integrated marketing communication) and large scale event management experience; Experience in ensuring that marketing campaigns or promotions with agreed strategies with Head of Marketing, PR social, Sales, and revenue management etc...
• Experience in a theme park, hotel, resort, destination or attraction a MUST. Holistic campaign management experience in international FMCG/Theme Park companies is Preferred. In-house marketing with budget management experience is a plus.
• Track record of exceeding commercial targets and objectives.
• Make good presentation PPTs and performance update and reports.
• Good interpersonal skills and seasoned marketer in FMCG or destination business.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of work effectively and efficiently
• Advanced computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite of projects
• Ability to think strategically and conceptually, but also down to earth with Entrepreneurship and Can Do spirit
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
