ROLE PURPOSE/ KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Formulate and modify inspection
standards and methods according to customer requirements.

根据客户要求，制定和修改检验标准和方法。

2. Participate in the handling of quality
problems of on-site production lines and products.

参与现场生产线和产品质量问题的处理。

3. Coordinate with relevant departments to analyze the quality problems
complained by customers and import improvement measures. 与相关部门协调分析客户投诉的质量问题，并采取改进措施。

4. Prepared internal weekly/monthly quality
report. 编制内部质量周报/月报。

5. Assess and improve the risks and
vulnerabilities of the online quality system.

评估和改进在线质量体系的风险和漏洞。

6. Timely report working status to the
superior & complete other related tasks assigned by the superior.

及时向上级汇报工作情况，完成上级交办的其他相关任务。

JOB REQUIREMENTS 任职资格:

1. Bachelor’s degree in electronic or semiconductor
related engineering

本科及以上学历，电子或半导体相关工程类专业

2. At least 5 years working experience
with semi-conductor QA, good knowledge with line quality engineering exposure,
customer complaints handling, Lot disposition.

至少5年半导体行业相关QA经验，熟悉生产系质量工程、客户投诉处理,批次处理

3. Be familiar with FCBGA/FCLGA or similar
package process.

熟悉FCBGA/FCLGA球栅和平面网格阵列芯片封装或其他类似芯片封装工艺。

4. Good knowledge in quality tools as
APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/FMEA, 6sigma BB is preferred.

熟悉质量工具，如APQP/PPAP/MSA/SPC/FMEA, 六西格玛黑带优先

5. Basic knowledge pertaining to quality
management system, such as ISO9001, IATF16949.

基本的质量管理体系知识，如ISO9001, IATF16949。

6. Good written and spoken English. 良好的英语能力

7. Good communication and cooperation
skills.良好的沟通合作能力

由于业务发展需要，该岗位前期半年-1年将在上海张江工作，后期将搬至上海金山新厂区（林慧路）长期发展。
