岗位概述：

As R&D Project Manager you are responsible for defining, planning, and implementing strategic projects for the R&D and Process Improvement Department. These include projects for new product development, sustaining engineering, business process improvement and after sales support. You will lead a cross-functional team from a pool of resources to deliver all projects on time, in full and on budget (OTIFOB). As a technical expert in your field, you conduct extensive market research and customer surveys to further advance our product offerings to exceed customer expectations, and stay on top of industry trends (products, technology, business processes).

岗位职责

● Responsible for organizing, guiding, and managing cross-functional project teams to implement strategic initiatives of the R&D and Process Improvement Department, on time, in full and on budget.

● Manages new product development projects and existing product optimization projects in line with the design control process. Plans, conducts, and documents design reviews at defined stages.

● Creates new and/or optimizes existing product designs in line with customer requirements. Defines and implements related design verification and validation plans that ensure the safety and effectiveness of the product. Responsible for the design, manufacture, and testing of prototypes.

● Conducts research to identify, design and implement new technical and operational standards to increase efficiency and effectiveness of current designs and the overall product realization process.

● Designs, writes, and implements standard operating procedures (SOP) and related documents for new technical and operational standards. Provides training and guidance to relevant stakeholders in the organization.

● Conducts extensive market research and customer surveys to further advance our product offerings.

● Supports after sales, leading investigations utilizing the CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action) methodology and provides on time solutions to the customers.

● Creates, reviews, or validates technical documentation for explosion protection (e.g., ATEX, IECEx).

● Identifies, creates, and implements initiatives designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s processes, which could include business processes as well as manufacturing processes.

● Works with various teams and stakeholders to understand their processes and needs. Applies continuous improvement / lean production methodology to help them create new best practices.

● Leads risk management process for design, process and after sales.

任职要求

Required / 必备

● Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field机械工程或相关专业学士学位

● Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in the equipment manufacturing industry 8年以上设备制造行业相关工作经验

● At least 3 years of project management experience

3年以上项目管理经验

● At least 3 years R&D experience in the mechanical equipment manufacturing industry

3年以上机械设备制造行业研发经验

● Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes
