岗位职责

Responsible for organizing, guiding, and managing technical project teams to implement strategic initiatives of the R&D and Process Improvement Department, on time, in full and on budget.

Manages new product development projects and existing product optimization projects in line with the design control process. Plans, conducts, and documents design reviews at defined stages.

根据设计控制流程管理新产品开发项目和现有产品优化项目。在规定的阶段计划、执行和记录设计评审。

Creates new and / or optimizes existing product designs in line with customer requirements. Defines and implements related design verification and validation plans that ensure the safety and effectiveness of the product. Responsible for the design, manufacture, and testing of prototypes.

根据客户要求创建新的和/或优化现有的产品设计。定义并实施相关的设计验证和确认计划，以确保产品的安全性和有效性。负责样品的设计、制造和测试。

Conducts research to identify, design and implement new technical and operational standards to increase efficiency and effectiveness of current designs and the overall product realization process.

Designs, writes, and implements standard operating procedures (SOP) and related documents for new technical and operational standards. Provides training and guidance to relevant stakeholders in the organization.

Conducts design and price calculations as required.

Creates, reviews, or validates technical documentation for explosion protection (e.g., ATEX, IECEx).

Creates technical documentation to support successful patent applications.

Leads or participates in CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) investigations, problem-solving sessions.

任职要求

Required / 必备

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

机械工程或相关专业学士学位

Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in the equipment manufacturing industry

8年以上设备制造行业相关工作经验

At least 3 years R&D experience in the mechanical equipment manufacturing industry

3年以上机械设备制造行业研发经验

Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes
