l Maintenance: Ensuring that
equipment is properly maintained, repaired, schedule PM, and serviced to
prevent the breakdowns and ensure reliability.

l Inventory management : Tracking
and managing the inventory of equipment , including purchase dates, warranties,
and maintenance history.

l Budgeting: Developing and
managing budgets for equipment purchases, maintenance, and repair.

l Safety compliance: Ensuring that
equipment meets safety regulations and standards, and implementing safety
training program for employees.

l Disposal: Managing the disposal
of equipment that is no longer needed, including selling, donating, or
recycling.

l Communication: Collaborating with
other departments and stakeholders to determines equipment needs and ensure
that equipment is available when needed.

l Record-keeping: Maintaining
accurate and up-to-date records of equipment purchases, maintenance, and
repairs.

l Implement quality, environmental,
and occupational health and safety policies, achieve departmental goals and
targets; Responsible for the operational control of environmental management
and occupational health and safety management in the department;

l Minimum 10 years of equivalent work
experience in equipment engineering of semiconductor industry.

l To have mix of semiconductor technical skill, knowledge, and soft skill.

l
Excellent
motivation, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal).

l
Ability to
direct, lead and motivate his/her subordinates to achieve maintenance and company

objectives under his/her responsibilities.
