1. Monitor supplier quality system
sustaining, implement new supplier system qualification, conduct surveillance
audit periodically.

2. Interface with suppliers on incoming quality
issue handling and following up, push supplier to improve their process and
quality control level.

3. Assess supplier quality performance by month/quarter,
e.g. LRR/ PPM trend. Guide suppliers develop improvement project.

4. Manage any changes from supplier. Update
material inspection specs when have any change from engineering/customer or industry,
train IQA inspector.

5. Develop and conduct Hazardous substances
management procedure and as interface with suppliers on hazardous substances
management, maintain ICP/REACH/CMRT database system.

6. Assist Sales/CS/CE team on RoHS/HF/REACH/CMRT
etc compliance declaration and related questionnaire to customer.

7. Support ESD System audit and
ESD event FA.
