Responsibilities
岗位职责：
 Participates in the development and implementation of accounting policies within an already defined financial accounting framework
在已定义的财务框架内参与制定并实施财务会计制度
 Issues invoices to customers in the system timely and accurately ( including manual invoicing)
负责及时、准确的在系统里向客户开具发票（包括手工开票）
 Establishes and maintains an effective financial system and procedures to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the accounting and reporting; makes sure that control points exist and function efficiently
建立并维护有效的财务系统和流程，以确保会计记录和报告的及时和准确，控制节点存在并有效
 For the problems found in the process, timely communicate with the Marketing department , and seeks solutions energetically
针对业务处理过程中发现的问题，及时同销售部门进行沟通，并积极寻求解决办法。
 Checks the flow of the sales platform and ensures the correct accounting vouchers of relevant business receivable
核对销售平台流水，确保应收相关业务会计凭证正确入账
 Improves Accounting competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of services, solutions and processes
通过推动进行持续改进活动和鼓励服务、解决方案和流程，提高会计职能竞争力和客户满意度
 Familiar with the full process of bulk commodity trading business（Spot and derivatives）preferred, including the financial control points at each stage and the corresponding accounting treatments
熟悉大宗贸易业务全流程（现货、衍生品），了解各环节财务控制点及其对应会计处理优先
 Supports Accounting Manager in daily administration of AP team and takes responsibilities of AR team
协助会计经理的日常工作，并对应收小组的工作表现负责
