3. 项目阶段参与工程设备的调试，投用。Attend the commissioning and implementation of engineering equipment at project phase

4.运营阶段负责公用工程的日常运行及设备日常维护 。Responsible for daily operation and equipment maintenance of utility at operation phase.
5.运行废水处理车间，确保废水的合规排放。 WWTP daily operation to maintain the waste water discharge performance.
6. 支持废水车间的维护保养和维修计划。Support WWTP maintenance and service program.
7. 参加消防和紧急演习以及培训。 Participate firefighting
and emergency drill and training.
8.领导安排的其它工作。Other work assigned by line manager.

任职资格：

1.教育背景Education Background:
中专以上学历，具有化工，制药，食品等行业的公用工程运行经验。Technical secondary school degree or above, with utility operation experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries.

2.知识Knowledge:
•良好的安全理念，熟悉作业许可制度，JHA等。Good safety concept, familiar with work permit system, JHA, etc.
•良好的质量体系知识，熟悉ISO9001基本管理方法。Good quality system knowledge, familiar with basic management method of ISO9001.
•有基本的化工工艺知识，熟悉空压机，制氮机，冷却水塔，热油及纯水制造等系统的工作原理。Have basic chemical process knowledge, familiar with the working principles of air compressors, nitrogen generators, cooling water towers, hot oil and pure water manufacturing systems.

3.技能Technology:
• 良好的成本理念，能发现公用工程系统运行中的缺陷并改进。Good cost concept, able to find the faulty of utility system operation and improve it.
• 良好的持续改进理念，带领团队发现公用系统运行的问题并改善。Good continuous improving concept, lead the team to find the problems of utility system operation and improve it.

4.工作经验Experince: •熟悉公用工程设备，包括空压机，制氮机，冷却水泵，热油泵等的基本工作原理及日常维护。Familiar with the basic working principle and daily maintenance of utility equipment, including air compressor, nitrogen generator, cooling water pump, hot oil pump, etc.

•在废水处理站或者废水分析具有2年的经验。WWTP operation /analysis at least 2-year experience.
5.资格认证Certification:
冷冻机操作工 chiller operator
特种设备锅炉工 Special equipment boiler worker
