Job Responsibilities：

1. Leadership & Performance Management:Strongly contribute to set the direction of the plant as a member of the leadership team by guiding the financial decision making; Actively supports value generation beyond cost management. Own and drive the entire performance management process of the production plant.

2.People Development:Influence, educate, develop and support colleagues in all functions to drive business performance to achieve the company’s growth strategy.

3.Finance / Accounting :Holistic Financial Understanding to oversee all finance functions incl. month / year end closing.

4.Compliance & Risk:Manage key external relationships with banks, auditors, advisors and joint venture partners;Ensure rollout and improvement cycles for the internal control system and internal audit follow-ups.

Qualifications：

1.Proficient English and Chinese written and verbal communication

2.Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field

3.Advantageous to have CPA/CMA/CA (or similar) qualification, or proven experience in financial accounting

4. 5 years’ experience in a financial or consultancy role within a multinational organisation

5.Experience in business planning, financial planning (forecasting/budgeting) & analysis
