  • 2-4 years of customer service experience2-4年客服操作经验

业绩要求

PERFORMANCE REQUEST

NRC (Net Revenue Contribution) target: the annual NRC target is 160000 yuan in the first year and 240000 yuan in the second year. The target for the third year is 360000, and the target for the fourth year is 480000. As long as it reaches 480000 yuan per year and exceeds 50000 yuan for three consecutive months, you can not participate in the company's attendance and work in a completely free state.

NRC(毛利贡献) 目标,入职第一年NRC 目标是年度16万元, 入职第二年目标是24万元。入职第三年目标是36万, 入职第四年目标是48万。只要达到年度48万, 连续3个月都超过5万,就可以不参加公司考勤,工作完全处于自由状态了
