二、经验要求（experience requirement）

1、10年以上制药、工艺R&D及新产品开发领域的工作经验，包括中国公司和跨国公司工作经验；（Over 10yrs working experience in pharmaceutical industry and process R&D, including experiences in global pharma companies.） 2、超过5年以上研发中心管理经验（Over 5yrs experiences in R&D team management）。

三、知识/技能（ knowledge/skills requirement）

1、对中美仿制药和新药开发路径、流程和相关法规有深度的了解;(Deep understanding on innovative and generic drug development approaches，process and related regulatory requirements from FDA and NMPA.) 2、熟悉工艺研发、生产工艺过程及原理、研发项目管理等。Well understanding of process R&D， scaling-up and manufacturing，R&D project management etc.

四、外语水平（language）

1、英语听说读写能力（Fluent English skills）。

五、能力素质（ require competencies）

1、具有较强的领导力、沟通协调和执行能力，及复杂问题解决能力。（Strong leadership， communication and execution capacity，and skills for complex problem solving.） 2、团队的组建和领导经验。（Experience in new team building and leading.）
