岗位职责：

Ø 根据内部工作流程规范，负责对客户送修的设备和工具进行及时的故障分析、检查、排故和维修；

Ø 根据图纸进行机械检查和校准，并编撰必要的说明文件；

Ø 检查技术问题并独立开发解决方案

Ø 针对检查结果编撰检验报告；

Ø 负责指定区域客户的设备和工具的现场维修，使用培训和验收服务，并根据实际业务需求通过电话或在客户现场提供服务；

Ø 根据实际业务需求，提供7/24的全天候紧急电话或现场技术支援；

Ø 成为客户的优秀合作伙伴；

Ø 与国内和国外同事以及其他部门合作，尤其是其他技术人员，服务业务经理和产品经理；

Ø 完成其他临时交办的任务。

岗位要求：

Ø 专注客户需求和强烈的服务意识；

Ø 机械工程专业或接受过同等水平机械相关的培训教育；

Ø 至少三年的分解、组装和修理的相关工作经验；

Ø 能够使用电脑和办公软件，能使用企业管理系统和SAP者优先；

Ø 积极主动，热情，自信；

Ø 技术方面尤其是机械相关的技术娴熟，能够看懂图纸；

Ø 主动思考，独立工作，尊重规则；

Ø 愿意出差

Job Description: Technician

Location: Tianjin, P.R.China

Responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for the defect analysis, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair to the equipment and tooling subcontracted by customers according to internal work instructions and guidelines

Ø Perform mechanical examination and calibration based on blueprints and create necessary
documentation

Ø Examine/review technical problems and develop solutions independently

Ø Prepare inspection reports and finding report

Ø Responsible for the field service, training and acceptance inspection
for the customers within dedicated region. Be able to solve the problem by
either telephone communication or on-site service.

Ø 7/24 technical support for AOG either on call or on site

Ø Be excellent business partner of customers

Ø Be able to work together with national and international colleagues. Especially cooperate with other technician, CSM and product managers.

Ø Other ad hoc tasks

Requirement:

Ø Customer focus and strong service mind.

Ø Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent mechanical training

Ø Min. 3 years relevant work experience on assembly, dis-assembly and repair.

Ø Basic PC and MC Office user, basic experience in ERP, SAP preferred

Ø Display a positive presence, be approachable, enthusiastic and confident

Ø Excellent technical, especially mechanical skills and able to read blueprints

Ø Proactive thinking and independent working and respect the rules

Ø Willingness to travel.
